Responsibility 1. Responsibility Area One: Functional expertise in Trade Promotion Management Major Action: Bring sales functional expertise to the recent implementation of the Promax Trade Promotion Management software. This role will also provide ongoing advice and strategic support for Promax within the Korean business. How will success be measured: Proactive recommendations of system enhancements. 360 degree feedback from stakeholders. 1. Responsibility Area Two: Functional expertise in Sales Major Action: Providing process/function expertise in the sales area. Serving as a point of contact for IT business partners in regards to the Order to Cash process. How will success be measured: Observation by business partner. 360 degree feedback from stakeholders. 2. Responsibility Area Three: Project management Major Action: Leading medium IT projects ($100-500K USD) How will success be measured: On time, on budget delivery of assigned projects 3. Responsibility Area Four: Defining technical specifications Major Action: Analyzing complex SAP systems, custom and standard modules (Sales and Distribution) and translating functional business needs into technical specifications. Overseeing Technical Analysts to ensure that they understand the specifications in developing the customer solution (e.g. programming languages such as ABAP, or SAP BW development) How will success be measured: Functional specifications delivered with no rework or clarification needed. 4. Responsibility Area Five: Analysing business requirements Major Action: Gathers, analyzes and describes business requirements and their translation into functional and non-functional IT requirements How will success be measured: 360 degree feedback. Quality of functional specifications. 5. Responsibility Area Six: SAP configuration and customisation Major Action: Performs configuration, development and customization of the sales process area within SAP and related systems (involves SAP configuration, as well as development or configuration in other systems as required). Involving appropriate internal resources where appropriate (ABAP, BW, etc) How will success be measured: SR¡¯s and incidents delivered by agreed due date 6. Responsibility Area Seven: Business process improvement Major Action: Business Process Improvement/innovation – well versed in sales business processes in KC and industry. Works with Business Partners to finalize project proposals/business cases and collaborate with the technical, fiscal and resourcing specialists to provide supporting estimates. Work with the Business Partners and Enterprise Architect in validating and scoping potential IT solutions, reviewing viable options and providing initial cost estimates. Ensures all business requirements and use cases are sufficiently documented and linked to business needs How will success be measured: Number of process improvements implemented 7. Responsibility Area Eight: Business Partnership Major Action: Meet with key business stakeholders, agree on business and IT alignment, and establish portfolio of projects or improvement areas based on business need. How will success be measured: Demonstrated ability to generate new demand for IT services or new capabilities. |
